Apollonia Kotero

Patricia Apollonia Kotero was an American model and a singer. She is also a co-star in Prince's 1984 movie Purple Rain. Kotero was the female lead performer in Apollonia 6 and co-starred in Prince's film Purple Rain from 1984. The actress and singer was christened Apollonia by Prince became one of many female performers in the 1980s that benefited from her connection with Prince, the Purple One. Apollonia was active, even if not under the spotlight, as an actor during the decade following with small appearances in films and on television. Even an exercise DVD was made available. Apollonia released a CD in Spanish and English called Stay with Me in 1997. After going back to college and obtaining the degree of filmmaking, she formed her production business.
