Jessica Chastain (born Jessica Chastain) is an acclaimed American film maker, actress and feminist. She has portrayed the role of strong women in films which contain feminist themes. Her popularity increased with the roles she played in films, including 'Take Shelter', 'The Help", 'Mama' as well as 'Interstellar'. in the category of 'Best Actress,' she won the Golden Globe Award in recognition of her portrayal as a character from "Zero Dark Thirty". She is most famous for the portrayal of strong and flawed women and many roles in her work are well-known because they promote feminist values.
