Jill Hennessy
The resident from Edmonton, Alberta has a mix of ancestry from Irish, Italian, Swedish, French and Ukranian. Jacqueline is her twin sister. She is also an actor. Growing up, Jill became fluent in different languages such as Italian, French and Spanish. As she was 12 years old young, she began to become interested in being an actor. In Toronto She began her acting career in David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers. She played an escort in the show with her twin sister. After that, she studied improv-comedy in Second City with Deb Kimmet. A few years later, she went in New York and signed a contract for the role of the Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the long running hit series, Law & Order. In the time she spent in New York, she worked on feature films including RoboCop 3 (1993), Ron Howard's The Paper (1996) and I Shot Andy Warhol (1996). Her work was featured in a couple of boring films during the subsequent months, and then landed an acting role in 1999's miniseries uremberg together with Alec Baldwin. Autumn in New York, Exit Wounds and other major productions would follow. The actress was offered a leading role in the NBC crime show Crossing Jordan. And in 2007, for her role in the show, she was awarded to the series she was awarded a Gracie Allen as the "Outstanding Female Actor in a Drama Series". In 2000 she married the actor who played her Paolo Mastropietro. They have two kids. In 2007 She was inducted into the Canadian Walk of Fame.
